INCO plays a key role in enhancing site compliance, functionality, and development across the academy trust’s estate.
INCO plays a key role in enhancing site compliance, functionality, and development across the academy trust’s estate. Our comprehensive estates management service ensures that each school operates at the highest standards of safety, efficiency, and presentation through careful planning, proactive maintenance, and strict compliance with health and safety regulations.
Our responsibilities range from managing major building projects to overseeing day to day maintenance, ensuring all facilities remain safe, well-maintained, and fully operational. We monitor contractor compliance, support on-site staff, and implement effective project management and reporting systems to keep key stakeholders, such as CEOs, CFOs, and Principals, fully informed on the status of each site.
Following DfE’s Good Estates Management Strategy, we identify priority improvements, enforce health and safety compliance, and manage procurement for facility services, ensuring best value and a 52-week service strategy. Our role also extends to fire, security, and emergency response procedures, overseeing regular fire safety checks, risk assessments, and safeguarding compliance. Additionally, we maintain high cleaning standards across all sites, coordinating with site teams and contractors to keep school environments clean and safe.
In summary, INCO delivers a holistic estates and facilities management service, supporting both the strategic and operational needs of the trust. By taking a proactive and structured approach, we enable the organisation to focus on its core mission - delivering a high-quality educational experience
