INCO was appointed to deliver both architectural and project management services for the conversion of an old pub into a 16-bed House in Multiple Occupation (HMO). The project included a new three-storey rear extension with a flat roof, along with a full re-roof of the existing structure.
Taking over from a previous architect at Stage 4 (Technical Design) through to Stage 6 (Handover), INCO was entrusted with progressing the advanced technical pack to ensure a smooth transition into construction. The client’s confidence in our expertise was key in making this shift, allowing us to refine and enhance the project while maintaining programme efficiency.
